Getting started with Mapifest no longer takes an invitation.

Since July, anyone can create a Mapifest account. Enter your email address and a password, confirm the address with the code we send you, and you're in the editor, ready to make your first map.

Or sign in with Google

You can now also sign in with your Google account. Choose Google on the sign-in page, and there's no new password to remember.

Your visitors still don't need an account

Accounts are for the people who build maps. The people using them still just open a link: no account, no app and no sign-up, wherever they are.
